Can anyone explain the 3 offers that Target has under program levels. I see the Holiday offer at 10% on select products. Also there are 2 others on select products. In other words are they the same products, just different offers? Talk about being confused Thanks All

I don't understand it either. To compound the confusion, each of those offers has a different affiliate agreement attached!

Here's an explanation from our Target account team on the 3 offers appearing in the interface:
7.4: Their baseline offer
98.1: Special holiday offer at 10% of sale. This offer is available to all affiliates except a select group of coupon sites who are eligible for offer 105.1. Those coupon sites should know who they are.
105.1: 7% offer for affiliates authorized to bid on "target coupons" and therefore not eligible for the 10% offer. Again, these affiliates should know who they are.
Offer 98.1 is a great opportunity to earn additional commissions in Q4. Please be sure to opt into the offer via your LinkShare account.
I hope that helps.
