    Most Popular Spam Topics ;-)
What - from your experience (and I am 100000% positive that all of us are highly experienced in this, as we get a TON of spam every day) - are the most popular spam e-mail topics?

Every other spam e-mail I get is on the length of p***s (don't know if there really is such an overwhelming demand for this, but they must know better ), about every third e-mail is on viagra or similar sexual life stimulant(s) + a ton on how to loose weight. So medical topics is my overall conclusion.

    What's yours?!

Oh... Forgot to mention two more: "We'll get you out of your debt!" and "You've been approved for a better home loan!"

Fake surveys, various phishing attempts, lose weight, "free" gift cards, and erase-your-debt are the current top ones. Mortgages used to be popular, but not so much anymore.

Oh, I get that one too with purple, curvy, big glass dildo image in it. It's not exactly stuff I want to wake up to when checking e-mails in the morning.

The usual ones listed above - Viagra, Find your Soulmate, and promises of a Get out of debt 'free' card. And many surveys for money offers.

The Outlook Express inbox on my wife's computer is chock full of porn on a daily basis. I never signed on to it on my computer so I am spared. What I get are survey offers, FREE this, that or the other thing, get rich yesterday spam and announcements that someone else has posted on ABW. I can't decide which are most annoying.

At least you can turn the ABW announcements off, unlike with spam! (The option is in your profile [User CP])

Erase Your Debt and then all the medical kind of spam. Do even one in million ever buy anything from such spam?

Someone's gotta be buying something from such spam. Otherwise, what's the point of carrying on?

True. But I'm just immensely curious to know what the conversion rate is.. Is it one sale per 10 million; one per 100 million?? Simply curious because I just can't understand who in their right mind would buy from such spamster links.

I'm the lucky one! Most of that is filtered out by Yahoo and I don't ever see it.

But, from time to time I get an e-mail from someone who has a ton of hidden money and has chosen ME to help get it to the US for them in exchange for which I will receive wealth beyond my wildest dreams.

I would but who has the time?

I read a lot of the stuff I get. As a copywriter, it helps to know what the competition is up to. Most of it stinks up the place, but some are quite clever and make a very enticing pitch.

If you read it analytically, asking yourself what buttons they're trying to push and how, you can get a cheap education in marketing techniques.

Can I ask a stupid question?

You realize that post notifications will contain these terms and they won't go through or the various ISPs will flag my domain as a spammer ... you obviously thought of that right?
