Don't get too attached to that commission, it could be a mistake!

Letting one slip through every now and then keeps you hooked.

Seriously, I hope it sticks you certainly deserve it at this point!

So it only cost $10 to advertise on your site for a year? Where do I sign up

Actually it probably cost you money as the parasites probably popped over on your site and bought something else because you have Dell on your site and that is probably a target domain for those nice folks. I know it would be if I was a dirty player.

actually the traffic those dell coupons drive in make up for the 10 dollar commish.

But a yearly ad on my site in a banner locaiton runs for 8,500

and if you want to buy up all the ad inventory for the year top spot only, 35,000

    That's not bad.

Some of my Purchase orders for my CPM spots don't pay for 6 months.

Dell is one of our best converting Linkshare merchants. I don't understand why everyone is so negative to them.

They don't convert for me because I don't promote them like you might but I really don't have a problem with them. But many complain about how long they take to pay and their relucteness to eliminate the spyware competition

    $1,039 sale
    $10.39 commish

    That commission!--it's missing a digit!

And judging from the remarks in this thread, it'll take them ages and ages to pay that 1/10th-rate commission.

Hope the sale sticks as your shoppers had to walk through a cookie washing landmine and the 800# scare tactic to get you that sale. If your pushing Linkshare Dell warn your shoppers to stay strickly within the specific area of Dell.com that pay commissions. If they cross over to the Befree section ( no warnings) your cookie is killed right during the invisible line crossing session. Don't worry the BF Dell folks do the same from the oposite direction. Then come all flavors of BHO's with forced click setting cookies telling your shopper the coupon sucks to whatever their cookie enticement is hawking.

You not only deserve a sale ... you deserve a medal.
