    Lightbulb Using Specifically Identified Categories
I have a large datafeed file and would like to know if I can specify only portions to be used when creating pages.

For example, if there are categories #1-4 and I only want to use categories 2 and 3. Is there a way to identify which categories are used when creating pages and skipping the other categories?

    Thanks for any help.

As a new WM user myself, I ran into that same problem. The way I did it - I don't know if there's a better way - is to sort by the more inclusive category column, and then delete all the unnecessary product listings from the file, and save it as something other than the original file.

It would be more helpful, though, if you could just plug the file into WM and run some command that did the sorting automatically.

WebMerge has built-in sorting, but what you'd need is filtering, in development for v3.0.

In the meantime, conditional generation can be done with the WM-If tag.
