The tracking code apparently shows up too early in their cart causing no sales to register and to have to be reversed. This throws the statistics off and is causing problems. I am sure it is something simple but they haven't spotted the problem and I know nothing about shopping carts and don't know what to tell them. Can you please, have someone help them get it working right?

Also, what's with this? How can it happen?
