I was looking for a new affiliate program for a bunch of products I do well with and found a new one I had never seen before. However, when I read their affiliate contract, it was evident they did a Find & Replace to change their name from that of the one on the orginal contract. Really started to make me wonder why a clothing merchant kept refering to satalite dishes in their contract!!!!
It's very important for affiliates to read these contracts before we agree, but merchants really, really need to read them before they post them. Tisk, tisk, tisk.Ron Bechdolt | Affiliate Program Management Consultant

hehe a while back one of the UK networks (one of the bigger ones, at that), had C&P'ed some of Shareasale's terms of service and forgotten to take the word "Shareasale" out.
