There are a few affiliates that bid on the "forbidden keywords" for an advertiser. I do not do this but they in turn hurt my sales your sales and all of our sales.
I have done a search for the "forbidden words" and boom up pops their ad's on google.
What can be done ?
I emailed the advertiser but nothing has happend and it's been over a week no responce at at all.Need eBooks ? We gott'em:escape:<br>

Ultimately it's up to the advertiser. So if they don't take any action, they don't take any action. Also sometimes advertisers allow some affiliates to bid on certain keywords that they may not allow most other affiliates. Dell is just one example. It's against their rules to bid on their TM but they allow it for a few affiliates. The only thing you can do is let the merchant know and it's their business to take action or not.
