    Why do you want to stop remote loading those images? You can remote load them.

    There is no easy way to change the image domain, but it can be done. Create a custom formatting library.

    Copy ae-format/library.fmt to ae-format/mylibrary.txt and then edit mylibrary.txt -- Change all the IMG SRC's that refer to g-images.amazon.com so they use your domain instead (you probably also would want to change the directory name to something such as /images/ so they're all in one place). And save those graphics to your server (e.g.: to /images/).

    Note: In blended search results, an icon is shown beside each store section. The domain of those icons is hard-coded as g-images.amazon.com and cannot be changed.

    That folder would bloat over time?
    Anyhow would there not be a way to change that in the link with a mod_rewrite rule? I would prefer to use a mod rewrite rule.

    Are you talking about the product images? I was talking about the "Buy from amazon.com" graphics and stuff like that.

    You can't change the domain of product images. They are always remote loaded from amazon.com --- No way around that.

    I guess what I was hoping to do was rename this part or the image url from

    images.amazon.com/images/P/1403335745.01.TZZZZZZZ.jpg

    To

    mydomain.com/images/P/1403335745.01.TZZZZZZZ.jpg

    Possibly doing a mod rewrite.

    Yes for the looks of the site is there a way to not have it display "buy from Amazon" but just say "add to cart". Many people wounder why should they buy from me when they could have just gone to amazon.

    Those are the buttons that amazon.com provides.

    There is no configuration variable that specifies the graphic to use. But you can override the definition of the format.addto.cart.submit formatting code in a custom formatting library. The standard definition is:

    <!--format.addto.cart.submit nocrlf-->

    {if cfg.addto.graphics}<input type="image" name="submit.add-to-cart"
    value="Buy from {amazon.domain}" border="0" alt="Buy from {amazon.domain}"
    src="http://g-images.amazon.com/images/G/01/associates/add-to-cart.gif">{endif}

    {if !cfg.addto.graphics}<input type="submit" name="submit.add-to-cart"
    value="Buy from {amazon.domain}" {format.addto.textstyle}>{endif}{endif}

    <!--/format.addto.cart.submit-->

    Modify the value of the IMG SRC to your own graphic.

    If your using text buttons rather than the graphic buttons (addto.graphics no), then edit the value of the text "Buy from {amazon.domain}"
