    It depends on the Merchant, but most are OK with it.
    It is also good for test purchases to keep everyone honest.
    winning is a habit unfortunately so is losing

    The answer is yes for the most part. Depends on whether the sale gets tracked or not.

    but the standard no-no is amazon.com. they'll take your order but the fee will have disappeared by the end of the quarter if not before.

    Well I am subscribed to an advertiser that pays for a lead just if you register.There is nothing to pay.I registered to three advertisers like these and I have only one payed.Why is that? I am CJ member.

    suppose they pay for "qualified" leads and have determined by your registration that you are not qualified for some reason.

    and are you signing up as a customer for leads where you are an affiliate? you should be working on bringing them real potential customers instead.
