Big shame for CJ if they screw things up in a day like Cyber Monday.

Nope there's definitely a delay in reporting starting after 19:00 PST. That lone transaction at 20:00 PST had an event date/time of:

    28-Nov-2005 13:08 PST

...so I think it just squeaked through. Before 20:00 PST I had 112 transactions for the day. Since then I've had one transaction in three hours (20:00 PST - 23:00 PST) which means there is a serious delay. Let's hope this gets fixed by morning.

I'm far from considering Cyber Monday as a bad day and I've a hard time to understand why the transactions are frozen suddently.
Todd, do you know if your transaction at 20:00 PST came from a batch merchant?

Edit: Tks for your answer Todd. I didn't see your post.

Transactions just started up again at 23:30 PST. So far 30 have come in (all w/ a 4-5 hour delay from event to posting), so it looks like we may be catching up. Phew...

Same here and no message on CJ home page. Glad we have ABW to discuss this.

Yep, wouldn't it be nice if they actually used the Messages box on the front page to keep us updated when this type of stuff happens.

I used to run an IT department, which included a help desk, and one thing I learned early on was that if want to keep people happy when there's a serious problem (e.g. network outage), you keep them updated at least once an hour. It takes two minutes and it keeps the users off your back while you get things fixed. Something for Commission Junction to consider?

Despite higher traffic, Cj merchants seem stuck in the mud for me. Other networks are picking up the slack though.
