    Payment Threshold
    To Linkshare:

If I set a high payment threshold in my account which would cause Linkshare to NOT issue any December checks to me, will that held income still be included in my 2005 Form 1099 or will it be treated as paid in 2006 and included on my 2006 Form 1099?

Great question, and great idea! I can wait until 1/8 if it means putting off the tax man for another year.

    Snowman,

The payment is not taxable unless it is issued by LinkShare in that year. So, assuming the check is sent in 2006, it will appear on the 1099 for 2006.
