    Angry What's wrong with shareasale
I have "joined" shareasale more than twice. I joined some programs and made some links. However weeks later I received emails for being refused. Then all of my links were deactived.

I don't know what happened. But this is really .

    Why were your sites declined?

I mean, I KNOW why my sites get declined. Why do yours?

You apply to join a merchant listed at Shareasale.
Get accepted = put up links.

Don't spend time adding links to your site(s) until AFTER you are accepted.

If you join a merchant that accepts everyone automatically, you can still be deactivated by that merchant in the future if your website is not acceptable in their opinion.

The thing is that I was accepted by ShareaSale. Then I applied for some programs. One of them actually approved me after one week. Then after another week, ShareaSale told me that it rejected me.

This has happened twice. I am thinking SAS really messed things up.

Have you contacted ShareASale support by email? They're typically pretty good about responding quickly during business hours (shareasale at shareasale.com)

[B]The affiliate managers aren't always the greatest. Many merchants change them so fast, they haven't got time to check all applications.I would rather have a merchant take time to check my sites.I was dropped by batteries.com one day, and approved again 3 days later, even though I had their ads in for years.

Sorry that I didn't make it clear. I am rejected by ShareaSale, not by a single merchant. I am wondering what they are doing.

I don't know what country of origin restrictions SAS has, or what kind of site you have, but it could have been one or the other.

The fact is that not all who apply are accepted.

They have standards and rules which is why we have so much respect for them.

I think you should contact Brian and find out what, if any, issues there are about your site or the way you do business, or even if there has been some error.

SAS simply may not be the right network for your business plan. Or, there could be a mistake.

I believe Brian was gone for a couple of weeks. This may have just been a case of very unfortunate timing.

You might also reread SAS TOS and see if anything there might apply to your site.

The best advice is what others have already said..contact SAS. They are the ones who really know. We're just guessing possible reasons.

Yeah, I should do that since it seems just happened to my site. Thanks.

I got replies from Brain and now I know the problems. Its my fault. I should have a contact page on my web site. Otherwise they can not verify ithat I own the website.
