    LinkShare slow like hell
    They should keep their employees on vacation.
    Everything was fine in December up to now.
    Fast (old) reports, regular updates, accurate reporting.
    I was even impressed by my sales (Maybe it's not related to their performance)
    I talked too fast, back to nornal.
    I've a hard time to log in, it takes for ever to run a report.
    Don't tell me they are overloaded. Somebody is just back to work to screw up our work!

    I haven't had a problem logging in or running reports - but building individual links with certain merchants is sorta like trying to race a snail. Particularly with drugstore.com and Nordstrom "build a links".

    Hope it speeds up soon so we can steer more people to some great bargains!

    I haven't had any problems this month with the reports or links...all are very fast. I figured they would slow up as the month progressed, but it hasn't happened.

    I've been very happy this month with the reports and links, too. My volume is 10 times a normal month so I expect an hiccup from time to time.
    Yesterday, the reports were down for at least 4 hours, if not completely down it was taking for ever to check our sales.
    They were working on their database, no problem, but at least let us know. I'm sure their "customer service" don't even know about it. Why not add a message on their home page? After 10 years, LinkShare was incorporated in 1996, maybe in 2006 we'll see some basic improvements and respect for their customers. I'm not holding my breath on this one.

    Are you running old reports or SynergyAnalytic Reports? I am just trying to figure out where you are having problems.

    I'm talking about the old reports, especially the Individual Item Report & the Product Success Report. The link generator was working fine. I don't check SynergyAnalytic for my transactions.
    The problem started around 9AM NYT, maybe a little bit later. It was working fine earlier, between 7 and 8 AM. I tried every hour after that for at least 4 hours.
    I tested the reports with 3 different ISPs, all broadband with no luck.
    I have no problem today. Everything is fine.

    I just noticed none of my December Old report formats show up any WalMart Stats. I see the November figures for them.

    What the heck happened? My LS sales have gone south for the winter. My CJ merchants are selling like crazy while my LS merchants have fallen flat on their face with very little activity since before Christmas.

    Anyone else seeing this or is it just my few remaining LS merchants that are the problem?

    This pretty much sums up my results too. Been doing great with cj but ls is horrid.
