I just so happened to stumble on this page http://www.diningware.com
When you get to the page, "select all" and then look at the bottom.
I tried to find an email link to warn the owners of the site in case they are not aware of the consequences of what they are doing.
Should I even bother or try to warn them?

That is just a poor way of tricking search engines, but the final result will be that he will be banned from search engines. Better search engines DO see this and ban those sites that use same color text as their background for keywords.
