Every time I log in to Synergy Analtics, on the first screen which is in the OVERVIEW folder, the second from the left box is broken. Not sure what it had in there orginally, but I get this every time I log in:
The specified criteria didn't result in any data. This is often caused by applying filters that are too restrictive or that contain incorrect values. Please check your Request Filters and try again. The filters currently being applied are shown below.
Year is equal to 2006
and Network is equal to LinkShare Network
and Year is equal to 2006
Anyone else seeing this or is just SynAnal (my pet word for it) is broken?

probably why it is still called "Beta."

Duh, I forgot all about that. And I still have that personal email Mr. Messer sent me saying the Beta would be over by the end of the month.
It's in Beta because they had it done for them by another company (I'm pretty sure) and now they don't know what to do with it. Mr. Messer does not care any more, heck he sould the company. He's going to let them worry about it.
Anyone see any real positive changes, that were not already in the works, since the new owners came in?

A reason that you may not be showing results is that the default date is 2006. You might want to review your SynergyAnalytics for 2005. Rather than looking at the Overview tab you will probably find more useful information in the Network Transaction Analysis tab.

I don't change anyting in SA...I just pull it up and look at what is there, which is pretty much useless. I only look at my payments and could not help but notice I had pages with errors on them when I first logged on.

Please understand - this is a typical Siebel problem - they don't seem to understand the year change - heck, even I have trouble remembering to write 06 on my checks - of course, I'm not being paid 30 million dollars to get my reports right but - it's only a decimal point ... or date or payment or ...

I'm getting the same mess on the opening screen, but check the all-important payment report.
Yesterday's merchant payment report for those of us with direct depost reflects our November sales.
It's already showing up at Bank of America - holding today - can blow it tomorrow.

I'll have to wait until mine comes in the mail. As you probably know, I'm not signed up for Direct Deposit as I am not going to give LS authority to deposit AND permission to withdrawal money from my account. Trust me, the day will come when someone has a big reversal from months back, LS removes the money form their account and the affiliate is left scratching their head wondering what happened and how they are going to pay their bills. No thanks!!
