    CJ Password
    Hi, I am new to this forum. I forgot my CJ login password and put in my email address
    so that they can send me a new password, but they haven't done so in 10 hrs.
    I have tried it again, nothing yet.
    Is there another way of resetting the password, apart from requesting a new password?

    They are usually pretty quick with the return.

    These things normally run on automated scripts. Are you sure you've entered the right e-mail address, and that your e-mail account isn't chucking the response into a spam folder or something like that?

    Or, perhaps they have decided that you just don't 'fit in'. You might try combing your hair in the opposite direction. Also, you might try actualy PROBING your hair for parasites.....they do definately love those.... Capture some of 'those' and ...you're in!

    A phone call and I had a new password in a minute. Some how my mail account
    did not receive any emails.

    Probably a spam filter on your end.

    I've seen tons of problems with spam filters lately. It seems to get worse every day. I have been getting an increasing number of customer complaints about non-responsive merchants. When I check with the merchants, I find that they've responded but apparently the emails were lost in the customer's ISP's spam filters.
