I've seen reports of this too.. exploits 16 known vulnerabilities in IIS.
There's nothing on it at CERT or Microsoft. In fact MS *still* haven't got IIS updates on the Windows Update feature so you have to go hunting for them. What a bag of shite. I guess you have to go hunt for the updates.
I think it is a cross between a Code Red style worm and a email worm. Keep an eye on www.cert.org for the definitive advisory when it comes up.

We have had several cases of infected websites, which indicates that this worm is spreading very quickly indeed. If you are running IIS on your server I recommend that you check out the CERT advisory immediately.
