    Netscape 8.1 Packaged With WeatherBug?
    As written at http://browser.netscape.com/ns8/

Whats Included in the Download? Installation may include Netscape 8.1 Browser, Netscape ISP, Rhapsody, Real Arcade and WeatherBug.

I assume that you must check off whether to include it or not. What is the status on WeatherBug? I had it on my computer at one time but removed due to computer memory concerns and all the other concerns voiced on this forum.

Anyone using Netscape 8.1? How does it compare to 7.2? What's the latest status on WeatherBug? Ironically, this new browser also features Spyware and Adware protection.

LOL you know it's bad for Netscape, when they have to resort to being a bundled download

Mostly IE is used according to some recent stats off one of my sites below.

I prefer Netscape over IE but that's just my personal preference. I use IE once in a while. Tried Opera a little - about the same as Netscape in my opinion. Have not tried Firefox yet but it looks like it would be a browser I would like just reading about it.

I still get some Netscape traffic. They're usually looking for 1571 disk drives.

But, but the aol commericals make it clear aol protects us from these things... why would they package these things for their browser in the wild? AOL still does own the netscape brand right?

Yep! The Weatherbug BHO has an elite status, as they're the perfect cover/bait for some others to hide their getting paid to push Adwhore enema tubes up consumers butts. Souring their PR is a work of art when practiced by the AOL spinmasters...

Only vow advice I give to brides & Grooms is to promise each other to go out twice a week to drink and dance....forever.
