Seems like sales tend to slow down or come to a grinding halt the day before these upgrades are scheduled. I've always wondered if that only happens to me.

No sales at all since 9.30 am today. Not had less than 5 in any day so far this month...

Did the ugrade go as secheduled and back up as indicated? I was out all evening an never even noticed.

I do notice today I have had five sales during the night for merchant that rarely has sales during the night. Even though the even time is in the wee hours of the day, I really do suspect they are from late last night and reporting is a bit delayed today. In addition, these sales are slow to show up in some of the quick reports and at the top of my screen. Anyone else notice anything different?

I am Extremely impressed CJ ( and Todd ) the site is back up and running in the posted time frame.

    Looks Great !!!

That was not meant to be sarcastic... I didn't realize the time had changed from 1 hour today to that of tomorrow. Hopefully it holds true.

Either that or he didn't sleep as long as he usually does.

Todd, system upgrades meaning? New stuff, fixing some bugs or just the normal maintenance kind of stuff?

Mainly backend bug fix type stuff - no new features that I am aware of.

Well, four hours sleep a night certainly did not help this week. I have to remember not to debug php scripts at 1:00 am, just can't go to sleep.

Ahhh, predictions, huh? Hey, just because I was the one that predicted Mr. Messer was trying to sell Linkshare does not make me a medium for affiliate marketing.

But I do predict this will be my best year ever and I've set the foundation and formed a plan to make sure that happens (barring any unexpected health issues in the family like last year).

I also predict CJ is smart enough after watching SL last year to leave things well enough alone for the most part.

I predict we will see a glutton of smaller networks springing up this year. Is that bad for a big network like CJ? Nope, competition is a good thing.

I have other predictions, but I'm keeping them to myself.

How about a frontend bug fix. Don't worry about any new features until you fix the features you used to have September of last year. Those problems are still there, it's like you haven't fixed any of the bugs from that long bug thread from last year.
