    Exclamation Where is Linkshare Support???????
    I have tried several times over the past few days to get hold of Linkshare support - my Merchandiser Feed login has stopped working. If any of the Linkshare people are lurking around here - I NEED HELP.

    Aye aye. The official method there really needs work. I don't know why Linkshare doesn't get off its ass and do this.

    The folks at LS seem oblivious to our needs for support. I think I have been suggesting for over a year now that they implement a REAL online support ticket system, but instead they just rely on the use of several email addresses which they have posted here. And, with Mr. Messer's admission that they sometimes set their spam filter too high, it is suspected that is the cause why one person can send so many emails in without a response. They are all being trashed.

    Regardless of the reasons for their ignoring their affiliates, LS has simply made this a very low priority. Sad, really, when you think that if we can't contact them for help, we are not getting the tools we need to make them more money.

    I have been having the same problem with support. Does linkshare even have support or are we just out of luck when something goes wrong?

    As I have indicated the email system is not 100% for everyone, I would strongly using their phone number everyone.

    Thanks for the phone number it's a little hard to find on the site. even though phone support didn't help much.

    I'm still wondering why support is not answering affiliates by email? These kind of posts come up every week.

    LS Moderator...what is wrong on your end that is keeping affiliates from getting responses? Rather than keep posting your contact information here over and over and over, why not try to fix the problem. For starters, contact the folks here who post problems like this and have them send in test support emails so you can track down the problems. Is your spam filter set too high, is your staff overworked? This has been a complaint of LS for well over a year and folks have suggested a online ticket system where support questions can be tracked, yet LS still does not do it. How about having Mr. Messer contribute a little of his millions to this one little cause?
