Does anyone in U.S. have any experiences with - The European affiliate network?

I have questions about how they handle U.S.A based company (no European bank account) commissions.

You have to call your bank and get the SWIFT code (different from regular institution routing code) and furnish that to Tradedoubler.

I'm not sure about how they pay a U.S. based company, but I can tell you that their customer service is the worst ever. I don't know if you've tried to contact them by e-mail, but I've never recvd a reply from them on the first, second, or even third attempt. It normally takes a real nasty e-mail to get them to respond.

Credit where credit is due though, they do pay on time (but I have an EU bank a/c).

My advice: Use another crowd if you have the option.

vegemite i had no problems with TD (tradedoubler) they are very helpful and they assist they might delay one or two days in replying to emails but they are the leaders in europe (together with zanox) and thus its understood.

on a4uforums they tend to asstist as well and learn from the mistakes.
