    Business overall for February
Sorry should have put this under a new thread.
My question is, is anyone else feeling a lighter than normal
    sales volume for February?

I know Easter is three weeks later this year than last, so maybe that is part of it.

I keep track by week, year over year, and so far February is down in

Just me or anyone else have this?

    Just down for me, too.
Just 7 days left to reverse the trend and to make it big.
I've the right traffic for the right keywords. People are just not buying.
Or, there's something going on I'm not able to see.

I had a great January. So I'm now down too.
Have you promoted your brand name today?

My daily average is double what I made in January but these are relatively new sites so I see a lot of January's cookies working their magic now.

    I am way up.
    So far it's very sweet.
I guess it depands on what products you promote every month.

It's one of those questions, no matter what month, no matter what year, you'll have people doing good better, worse or pretty much the same. Of course what matters is how you're doing.

I have 7 websites, each featuring the top merchants, from LS< SAS< and some from Kolimbo, last year I had averaged around $300 per month, Google finds all of my sites, since I use the same domain name.I have all of the meta tags set, keywords from Google. For all of this I earned a grand total of a little over $7 bucks.I have loads of traffic, but with the economy, many people only browse. This means I am working in the red.
I read business reports, walmanrt had a slight increase in foods, low profit.Since credit card debt is at an all timw high, only teens, used them to them, it's like a phone bill, if they don't have to pay them.
I have a lot olff sales on SAS merchants, but many are low on funds, especially the Irish Gift Shop.I called and sent them messages, they ignore me.When I check the reports on the SAS pages, I don't undestand half, since some are weir to me.I have been doing this for 6 years,as long as the $50 level is maintained here, and Bush continues to rob the country, only top 5% get the big tax breaks, like they bneed it,and fuel costs, ( which should have increased sales)
We compete with some of our own merchants, when they advertise on the other media, we are the cheapest frorm of people finding what they want,
so, I am dropping 4 sites, to save.
I never would have added the extra ones, if I had a magic ball to predict what and how Fast Bush, and cronies could destroy our economy. Now, mde in China,India is the norm, most junk.

My start in online retailing came with the help of 3 fine ladies on this forum, but I believe they too, are feeling the crunch. The Flea Market seemed like a great idea, for only $5 a month, anyone could post and sell almost anyhting, I had some with very valuable antiques at way below the collector's prices, but that went low on funds.

Most people I've been speaking with have been doing better this month compared to January or even December.
