If you are able to send an international wire transfer, you'll need that writer's bank account number so that you can send the funds to the person.

Depending on your bank and the amount, there might be additional charges involved.

Which country you are in, btw?

    sure, bank transfer is costly.

there are virtual cards available which you can add funds to. you can send ur writer a card and whenever you need to pay that person, just add funds to it and the person can withdraw it from an atm.

From what I've read, it is visa-powered card which works for cashless transactions and can be funded by ur credit card .
