    Multi User Login / Prefs
    Hello everyone,

I am thinking about creating a website which will allow users to create a unique username and password for themselves using either php or asp. However, what I am unclear on is how to allow each user to set individual preferences which will be remembered each time they log in. Any help or links that may be able to provide some insight would be appreciated.

There are many opensource projects available which will give you the membership scripts ( asp / php).

    Try searching at

If you want to retain the user preferences, save them in the database and while logging them in, use those values from your tables and store them in thier session / cookie, which ever way you like.
