Does anyone know what's the % of taxes you have to pay for affiliate marketing earnings?

I remember once in the old CJ forum someone said that you could significantly reduce the amount of taxes you pay if you form a corporation. Could someone elaborate on that, please?

Although the thought of me becoming incorporated is rather laughable, I'd do it if it's benefits me in any way.

All of your questions depend on how much you make. IMO the main reason a Webmaster should consider going INC or LLC is because of the liability shield. You actually get into double taxation issues with INC. That is your earnings are taxed once at the corporate level and then when you pay yourself they are taxed again, but again it all depends on how much you anticipate making as to which form of business organization is right for you.
