How long does it usually take to get a response? My last question has been out there for almost a week.

Thanks;

Took me 2 days, but it was the only time I asked so it hardly constitutes a difinitive answer

Usually get response within 48 hrs but most of time might as well not have asked the question. CJ spends little time/effort in
providing constructive responses. So I usually muddle thru it myself or just forget it.

It depends.

If you are one of their advertiser asking:
"How do I send you money?"
You probably get a reply within 24 hours.

If you are affiliate asking:
"Where is my payment?"
You never heard back, or maybe 72 days instead of 72 hours.

My question so far waited 3 weeks (21 days).

In the last week they have been very fast to respond (and I want to publicly praise them for that). However, I've had a couple of times when it two weeks to get a response.

Most of the time they are pretty good, but once in a while they really, really fall short.

That's what's frustrating. I would have hoped that they'd work those questions in a first-in first-out basis, but I since yours has been answered and mine hasn't, I guess that's not the case.

I wonder how they prioritize these requests?

Do they not know the answer to my question and are working on it?
Do they not understand it and I could help by giving them more info?
Or are they ignoring it and hoping it goes away?

I hate black holes.

Well, I have found the quick answers seem to be "stock responses". The ones that take forever are ones like, "Why does this link not work?"
