Is there a way to know if my site visitor came from a bookmark in awstats? or is there any program that can detect this?

You could set the bookmark page to go to a special named page .. then you would know "fair stats" ... if the bookmarker shares that URL with a friend, it wouldn't be exactly a bookmark click ... so stats could be off a bit.
If you run an index.html page as "home page", you could make your bookmark page (identicle copy) named index.htm. You would need to place various no cache tags, robots.txt file so you won't have duplicate content.
It's a thought anyway.

Yeah, I almost suggested that, but many (most?) people probably bookmark through the browser option rather than clicking on a "Bookmark This Site" link. Plus there may be lots of bookmarks already.
