Performics links are not working in Firefox
I have been trying a variety of existing Performics links and NONE are working. They work fine in internet explorer but in Firefox they don't work at all.

I keep getting the same message in Firefox

"Bad Request Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit."

Is anyone else having this problem?

I'm having the same problem -- even Performics banners don't display in Firefox.

Still fine for me. Mike, I checked your Finish Line page and see 2 120x60 banners in the upper right and they click thru fine.

delete the performics cookie(s) and try again.

if you don't know how to do that, delete all cookies and clear your cache as well.

if that works, your performics cookie(s) details have grown too large and it's a known firefox cookie issue... the string being pulled from your cookie is so long, that sending it back to the server causes an error.

if this is your problem, then you'll agree with me that someone still needs to fix this firefox known problem and that somebody else needs to teach the performics engineers how to keep the cookie detail strings short enough (usually caused by multiple sessionids being stored sequentially, versus overwritten) not to trip this issue.

You're right, it's a cookie issue with Firefox. Thanks. Deleted the cc-dt.com cookie and it's working now.

And thanks, TrustNo1, for checking my site.
