Thanks to the world of affiliate sales and marketing, I am moving on up. I just purchased a new home - they will begin building in a few weeks!! It is absolutely gorgeous. I am so happy. Never would I have dreamed this - NEVER!! No more listening to the neighbors screw. No more being awaken by the stupid ass maintanence people mowing the lawn at 8 am on my vacation days, no more listening to the annoying shoveling of snow at 5 am, and no more listening to the freakin dogs howling all hours of the day and night. Goodness, I love this job!!! You gotta love it!!

Special thanks to Haiko, Leader, Heyder, and all of those who have inspired and motivated me to seriously pursue affiliate marketing!!! MAD LOVE!!

Thanks Everyone - Alex, LOL!!! I'm not there quit yet to afford the 1 Million$$$ luxury. But none of the home are under $200,000. Most start at $300,000. It's a very nice community. The section I am moving to is still under development. It consist of about 50 lots and 25 are already sold with about 20 homes built. I'm excited and scared at the same time. I will be moving there from a very small Townhouse community. I mean my whole townhouse can fit on one side of this house. LOL!! Just let me at least continue to prosper long enough to pay off the mortgage. LOL!!! But LONG and FOREVER live affiliate marketing for us all.

Thanks - I'll definately have to make it to Cali for the Seminar next year. I've never been there. It'll be nice to meet you all. However, we'll have to all wear our login names somewhere so that we can recognize each other. LOL!! Ahhh - that will be so fun!!!

Um... not to be the party pooper or anything like that here... but you *do* realize that you're gonna have to do all of this stuff yourself now?

This regular maintenance stuff really cuts in to the Quality Computer Time.

    Just thought I'd mention it....

Mouse Jockey - I am picking all the colors for the brick, siding, flooring, etc. on Wednesday. Uhh, I never knew how many decisions you have to make when building a home. I can barely sleep. It's a three story home with 4 bedrooms which includes a master bedroom and bathroom (the extra room will be my office), 3 1/2 baths, full finished gameroom which I upgraded, family room, living room, dining room, 1st floor laundry, kitchen with a pantry and a dinette area which I added a 3 foot extension too. I opted for that instead of the $12,000 morning room. =:0 It was only $2,000 fo the extension. I upgraded the foyer to hardwood floors.

I think I've decided on a lot - well at least I put one on hold but now I'm starting to change my mind AGAIN and am thinking of this other lot. I have a very nice yard in the front and sides. The back is a nice size too but there is a small hill that leads up to another level of flat surface of pretty trees that is all my land to which I can get landscaped.

CODEJOCKEY - As far as the maintanence - Well....that's what my loving wonderful boyfriend is for. LOL!!! He is very sweet and won't mind cutting the grass one bit. I won't be maintaining jack. He is wonderful and he definately has a big surprise coming by next Christmas. He was here for me when I was struggling and even when I made it, he has never asked me for a dime, yet still continues to support us financially knowing I don't really need the money but am trying to save for this down payment. So I owe him big time!! He's wonderful.

But I will definately be at the CJ Seminar!! I can't wait. Of course now, it's 3:55 a.m. and my freakin HOST is DOWN!!! Uggghhhhhhh!! That's another topic.

OMG... I am s-o-o-o embarassed. It looks like I copied a bit more text than I had originally planned on.

(No really. I am. The fact that I almost spit out my coffee through my nose laughing has nothing to do with it.)

Must have been one of those Highly Referred to Freudian Slips.

    Congratulations Jada !

It's a great feeling buying your first home, enjoy , and remember one thing - upgrade EVERYTHING ! (Kitchen cabinets, tile, doors, windows, tiolets, etc.) Builders grade is pure crap, and you'll be so sorry a few years down the road if you don't !

I am so jealous when I hear about people from outside NY building new homes or buying previously owned homes that are 3 times the size of mine for less money than we could sell ours for

What makes it worse than that, is that many times their mortgage payment is somewhere around the cost of just our property taxes !

Getting the Long Island homeowners blues now, have to keep reminding myself of how great is is to live in New York !

Spiderman - You'll get there. When your in, your in. Just keep chugging away until you get to where you want to be.

Lisa - goosh - are the builders materials that bad. I didn't upgrade the kitchen cabinets, but I'm still choosing options, so maybe I will. I really don't like the standard cabinets. I'm gonna be working my tail off for the next 4 months. My goal is to hit $20K a month.
