    Okay here it is.

One site with 28,000+ daily newsletter recipients.

The newsletter generates over 10,000 page views per day.

The newsletter makes over $2,000 monthly.

What is a fair price to sell the newsletter for?

    Demographics 85% Male

    90% US residents

Age range mostly 20s and 30s

    Thanks for your thoughts.

( I am on pins and needles waiting for an offer from a huge company right now )

You forgot to say what the content category the newsletter or title.

    Let's see 28,000 x 30 is 840,000 emails.
What's it cost to send them out? Where is the list hosted?

$2,000 per month. Is that net or gross?

Fair value should be somewhere in the 5 times the net discounted for maybe 25%.

Why sell it if you are making $2,000 per month. Pay some one $500 to $750 to run it for you. Can't take more than an hour a day or so to do it.

    Professor,

    The target audience is Entertainment.
Female Celebrities In particular as well as focus on Mens Helth. I have never promoted anything "Adult" to my members so there is a huge potential there. The reason I have not is because of the enormous risk of loosing mainstream sponsors there after.

The $2,000+ is pure profit. This is an average number for the last 12 months and the average is again on the rise after 6 months of decline.

I need a lump of cash to launch a new project. That is the only reason I am selling.

I know it's a big sacrifice but that's where I am at. I have reached a fork in the road. I am thinking about the "LONG HAUL" and need to move forward by establishing lifetime residuals and other new sites.

So are you saying times 5 times the net - 25% = $7,500?

Oh I almost forgot. The list is at PMG and has been since it's inception 10/00.

    Breeze...

$7,500 would be a good place to start the bidding on Ebay.
