    Exclamation Brian Help!
    Hi Brian,

I have mailed shareasale support these 3 queries for over 48 hours now!!

How can I find out that a user is coming from a ShareASale Affiliate and which one?
(Do you place a cookie on request)

I would like to track a user on our website when they come through a particular or all Affiliates how do i do this?

I understand that SSAID can help me do this, but this is an alternate method wat permission do i require to do so?

Please respond ASAP. Its very urgent...

    Thank you,
    Clyde

In order to track the AFFID you have to get SaS to turn on the feature in your account.

    Hope this helps.

    Clyderose,

The SSAID feature is how you would do this, you can turn it on in your account and we send the affiliate's ID number with each incoming clicks. Tracking them from that point would be up to you as you can't read other site's cookies, including ours.
    Thanks,

Brian...Help. I just put up links for SAS merchant "Sunshine Sheds" on high traffic pages and the links throw up that Merchant offline or not active message when clicked. I clicked through the links on Sunshine Sheds make links page and all was fine. Just when I copied link text and banner codes to my pages did the links stop working.

What should I do? My Merchant status screen shows "temp offline" Shouldn't this high EPC merchant be forced into "auto replenishment" mode? anyone else using sunshine sheds?
