Any Decent Apparel Retailers Not Invloved With Ebates
It is amazing how many business do not know or care to know they are being ripped off. Looking for a clothing retailer that has a clue.

There are a few "specialty" apparel merchants at SAS but aside from that it's a heavily infested market. Check the list of LS &CJ vendors against the link you posted and a few other ones. Hard put to find one that isn't on those lists.

Best bet for an established apparel site who's got all parasite infested merchants and seeing conversions dwindle away is to get smart with making sure their pages get good Adsense income, which isn't dependent on conversions.

Not for dresses & holiday outfits, though.

Plenty of t-shirt merchants at SAS, but that's not for all segments of consumers, especially those over a certain age.

I like leatherup.com, an indy with minimal creative and kinda run on auto-pilot. I don't check my stats here because reporting was broken from the start. No response to my emails.

But, they convert nicely with just a few text links and banners. They don't update their site very often so you can hot link to one of the products on their homepage. I received an email from them informing me that I was a top performing affiliate in 2005. They directed me to their site to select any leather jacket I wanted for free.

Womensuits.com at Shareasale has a lovely selection of dresses for formal occasions and holidays. Many with nice matching hats as well.

Ya I am trying to get the buyers to think out of the box. Things like prom dresses for snowboarders, high heeled ski boots, cocktail dresses for hikers.

Good thinking there! And don't forget about destination weddings, with all the right gear and informal fleece-lined, hooded wedding apparel to make someone's wedding day a mountain-top experience.

Thanks! We need creative, innovative AMs to give us neat new marketing ideas.

I actually was in line for a lift ticket and a father with two little girls was purchasing tickets to go to a mid mountain wedding. They had to pay $12 a piece to ride the gondola. What a racket!!

This morning I spoke with an affiliate and asked what was selling well. The response was womens tank tops. I put together links to those sections on all of our sites:

    http://www.backcountry.com/store/gro...Tank-Tops.html
    http://www.backcountryoutlet.com/out...Tank-Tops.html
    http://www.tramdock.com/tramdock/gro...ns-Shirts.html
    http://www.dogfunk.com/dogfunk/group...ns-Shirts.html
    http://www.explore64.com/explore64/g...Tank-Tops.html

If anyone is interested I can create affiliate links.

Obvious one not getting double dipped by ebates is Sierra Trading Post for clothing & shoes. Some merchants are coupon only but that is no guarantee MMM doesn't force set their cookies during peak periods. Who's going to catch them...

Pac Sun is still listed here:
    http://www.care2.com/shopping/shoppi...res_nogtu.html

Kellie's site says Care2 is powered by Top Moxie.
    http://www.affiliatefairplay.com/merchant_list.html

Looks like Pac Sun may have ditched the Care2 thieves - there's a notice there at care2 that says the Pac Sun discount is no longer available.

If I were Pac Sun, I'd insist that Care2 completely and immediately remove any references to Pac Sun.

Even the link they have there seems to open some frame windows with cc-dt.com / performics target urls

And the listing there pulls images from pac sun site and still includes their catalog of items displayed within care2.

Seeing this, I wouldn't consider being there affiliate.

If they indeed severed things, they need to finish the job.

Let's restate that. They are less dirty than they used to be, but they are nowhere near clean.

Sorry to bump an old dog, just checking for merchants who have shown a recent change of attitude.

Talking about backcountry, I think Sierra Trading Post is clean too. Not sure how accurate is that but per their site
