Adwords Service Allert - Payments Problem

After Friday's maintenance, if your payment had been declined (before Friday night) and you update your credit card the payment server is not synchronizing with the Adwords server.
As a result, once you have paid off your balance and it shows as being 0 under the "account" tab, you still get a message under the "campaigns" tab saying that your campaigns are paused because Google was not able to process last payment. Your ads will not start running again until this problem is resolved by Google.
Also, for those whose credit card has been declined after Friday.... your ads are still running instead of being paused due for non-payment.
Does anyone know when this problem will be resolved.
