    Negative balance?
    Ever since I got paid the other day... my balance has been negative... ie. ($450)
    WTF?
    Anyone else having this problem?

    Yeah, me too!

    For me, it looks like I've been paid twice, and therefore the second payment has been deducted from my account leaving a negative balance.

    Still waiting for the check to arrive, so I don't really know yet.


    Anyone else?

    I didn't get paid twice.... ie. I did not receive 2 direct deposits for the same amount into my bank account.
    However, double my payment was deducted from my CJ account... giving me a negative balance total
    I emailed CJ support... we'll see.

    Have the payment (or payments) showed up in the 'last payments' section for you guys??

    For me it still says that the Feb. pmt was the most recent, however my balance has beed deducted (twice)

    And if it hasn't showed up, have you received payment anyway?

    I sent mail to CJ and got one mail from CJ, and was told 79 Canadian Affiliates was affected, and they are all DD, and CJ are working on that now.

    I am same as you guys.

    Don't worry, the are working on that.

    It would be great if they could give us some info about the situation. Apparently, it's not just something in the interface - I still haven't received my check so it is without doubt delayed - perhaps it hasn't been sent even!

    Anyone from Europe talked to CJ about this?

    Here's what their email to me said:

    Thank you for your inquiry. When the payout was run on the 20th there was an error in processing that affected approximately a number of publishers. When the correction was run the following day it posted what appears to be a double payment.

    Our engineers are aware of the issue and are working to correct it. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    When you have a negative balance, you must send them a check to cover it.


    It says so in their contract!

    or if they have been sent at all.. ?

    Still haven't received mine (I'm in Europe)

    Check was sent on 22nd , received it on 27th here in Pakistan.

    Ok..

    And you have a negative balance as well?

    Can you view the sent-date anywhere, have they told you the date, or does it say so on the check?

    For me it still says last check was sent in Feb.

    I have a negative balance as well. I contacted them earlier this week and was told it was a very limited Canadian issue. I am still waiting for it to be resolved.
