    Tracking problem
    Brian,

It seems, there's a reporting problem with one of my merchants. I've sales everyday and the last 7 days I had none. I checked his 7 days EPC and it's 0.
I got an email from the merchant telling me he's getting my sales but "no Shareasale commission tracking has been recorded"
I'm sending you an email with the merchant information, Thanks.

I had back and forth discussions with this merchant. He'll like to know what's happening on your side... me too.

Is it Bonsai Boys of NY? I've sent them more then 3500 clicks (Both SAS and CJ) with no sales since Jan 1st and this is prime buying season.

Nope, Bonsay Boy EPC at SAS is 7 Day $6.45, 30 day $9.84 so somebody must be closing a few sales. I gave up selling Bonsai around 2 years ago, the vertical was infested and their AM not receptive. I don't know if they are cleaner now.
PS: I don't see Bonsay Boy on TopMoxies.

My merchant can report my sales manually but I don't want it. It shows something is broken in SAS reporting chain, it's scary and I'll like to know why this is happening.
SAS had done a compliance test a few days ago.
Without a good relationship with this merchant, I'll be in the dark. His EPC for the last seven day is still 0.

It seems the merchant removed the tracking code from their site.

SAS: Last Compliance Test Completed: 03/27/2006 12:32.58 PM
My last sale: 03/27/2006 12:32.58 PM

Brian, can you explain? Am I running the compliance dpt for you? Or are you using my sales to test this merchant?

My sales for this merchant are back, the tracking pixel must be back, too.
Somebody still need to load my missing sales!

    What's strange is:
SAS: Last Compliance Test Completed: 04/06/2006 04:07.20 PM
My first sale today: 04/06/2006 04:07.20 PM

I quite like the idea of reporting the last sale for the network. I had a look at several merchants stats. Interesting.
But, should it be labeled: Last Compliance Test Completed?

For info, I'm quite sure the merchant did an honest mistake but what if it's not the case. What is really the compliance test?

I thought compliance tests were something different.

I had the feeling it was an automatic ping to the tracking pixel on the order or thankyou page to see if it was there or not.

    Just to let you know.
    Problem solved.
The merchant sorted the sales made during the time the tracking was off.
The missing sales were uploaded by SAS.
