Are there any others in that group? They said they're going to another network next month, probably LS. I think one of the main reasons, from what I gather from listening to merchants on audioblogs, is transparency. Meaning LS and other networks give the merchants more info than CJ does. More affiliate contact info.

Yuck. Well at least they say the PSC will continue to work. I hate LS's product link interface.

Ward's went into Chapter 11 a number of years ago, but originally they were a mail-order house, so maybe they're continuing with that route, net orders being kind of similar, with no B&M to support. All the MW stores here closed long ago.

I haven't heard anything about this, any word when the exact time is supposed to be?

It's gotten to the point where I have put together a form letter. Now when I hear a merchant is moving to LS I copy, paste and explain why I won't be following them.

On a side note, now before I bother to map categories for a merchant feed I am going to start asking when their contract with their current network is up and which way the winds are blowing.

Just got the emails, signup is available now. Whew, just put some links up this week, now they'll have to be changed as soon as they approve at LS. Glad they sent notification before even more went up.

This just s#cks! The comission is going down too - to 8% from 10%.

Anyone know of a decent furniture merchant - bedding merchant not at LS or CJ?

For furniture, Everything Furniture at SAS. Bedding I don't know, it's kind of hard to find outside of LS & CJ.

That really stinks. Looks like YKD went to 8% but Wards is still 10%, with some of the same stuff.

Just spent a week changing 100's of pages and the links do not work. Switched from the CJ links to LS, individual products.. the new links are sending all the traffic to my affiliate login page. Of course when I called and emailed.. no reply.

Anyone else having this problem? Should I just drop Homevisions and YKD? What other kids bedding / furniture merchants do you suggest?

Others pay several points lower than YKD (even at the 8%), but emailing through LS inhouse mail gets a response from the AM pretty fast.

Ward's also went to 8%, looks like they all did.

I see I'm still waiting for approval. Hope they aren't planning on cherrypicking those of us with the best EPCs.

Just a note regarding the Dynamic PSC's for all four: We are planning on a switchover to LS on April 24th. For existing showcases, you'll just need to replace your PID which appears as uid=[your PID] in the code with your LS id. An email will be forthcoming from each affiliate program on the 24th. I will also be sure to post on ABW. We are working out the kinks now and waiting for everyone to get approved into the program.

Dynamic PSC's for all four have been switched to Linkshare. For pre-exisiting showcases simply replace your CJ PID with your Linkshare ID. There is no need to regenerate showcases.

Yup, I've only been doing one of them, but seeing the same thing - no sales even though I've been putting more stuff up.

    Question
I wonder if there is a logjam with approvals at LS. Or if the programs are either cherrypicking hot affiliates or someone at LS has been given the job and the entry specs.

When was/is that deadline for changeover?

    Following up on sales

Is anyone seeing sales yet? No sales at all since the move to LS, and even their last few weeks at CJ, sales stopped. That, after fairly steady sales all along.

Anyone else notice a change, or is it just me?

Strangely, HomeVisions is still live at CJ, and their links still show up in my feed. So I still have pages up with the CJ links. (I'm not following them to Snare!)

No sales at all since the move to LS, and even their last few weeks at CJ,
Oh groan... That's a typical network-hopper phenemonon; last one out turns off the lights (on the tracking code)...

I'm getting more traffic to the HV links than I've had for them in a long time. I think a lot of people took their pages down, causing a rise-by-default in the SERPs (I always stall on updating). Yet, no sales showing from there.

I'd like to know what's going on with them being "active" at CJ, too.
