Got the info straight out of the horses mouth.

The merchant says that they know that sales are not tracking.

Something to do with a "domain name change".

~ "We are working on it" ~

They should have "worked on it" before making any changes that would prevent sales from tracking during any kind of transition.

Boccia sells nice stuff and conversions are very good. They blew it on this one. Shall we invite them here for a crash course? My hope is that they will get their act together, but they obviously need a nudge in the right direction.

I've had the same problem with another CJ merchant today.
And I fixed the problem by changing the banner I was using.

Dapyx, you can switch banners in and out all day until you find one that will make a nickel for you someday.

Boccia has proven to be a good sales converter and I know that I can make $1,000+ per month promoting them. Also there are at least 4 others that I know of who are building sites to showcase Boccia products, so I am not the only one here who has a stake in this.

I'd rather light a fire under the merchants heels and hope for the best, than to "try something else" that is an unproven performer.

I just received word from Boccia that the problem is "fixed". A fire under heels doth make the merchant jump.

It won't take long to see if it is working now or not.

So you see, I could have simply switched out their links for someone else's (Catalog City, anyone?), but I would prefer to stick with a proven performer.

I'd like to keep on feeding my kids. KWIM?
