    It has been about a yesr for me since we have recieved payments. We continue to register and we get a message.

    We , as well as one of our merchants, have contacted Link Share support, as well as one of our merchants, often but no resolve. We have business other than LinkShare that needs our focus, and the Affilate Network may just not be for us.

    In fairness to LinkShare, and other Networks. I think the Affilate Network is a great idea to bring Merchants and Web Publishers together.

    The Internet continues to expand at a alarming rate, and it just hard to keep up with all the changes.

    It sounds like you have gone through the validation process so this should not prevent you from receiving payments. Here are a few reasons why your account may be on hold and you have not received payment.

    1. You have not registered your account through Athena, our registration system that was launched in April 2005.

    2. You may not be owed any commissions or your merchants have not paid for the specific time period. Check the Merchant Payment History Report and Affiliate Payment Summary Report. To access these reports go to SynergyAnayltics from the Home tab, select Network Transaction Analysis tab, and then pick your report.

    3. You may have a payment threshold set. Log into your account, select "Your Account”, select "Update Profile", select a channel, scroll down to "Payment - Payment Threshold [optional]", change your threshold, and click update at bottom of the screen.

    4. Your account may have a hold because your email is not valid or has been caught in a spam filter. If this is the case, you will see the instructions to validate your address when you log into your account.
