Same Here. 612 clickthroughs since 1/1/2002 and NO SALES. Maybe they assigned my affiliate ID to Whenu.com

Lol Quiet. Is he saying no or doing a jig.

Gordon, FWIW my traffic is back to normal and I'm not doing much either with CJ. I did have a commission for $1.30 yesterday so I guess I can't complain, ya right. Plus it will be reversed.

Great stuff Packy, you made more yesterday than I have made all this year.

Don't touch that Switch, Lex!!! It's working fine!

Packy and Gordon, it's just that all the sales are showing up where they belong--namely on my sites!

Quiet, that's pretty good!

ahhhh yes, "the switch".... Google hit my switch! We havent heard from our buddy Lex in quite sometime. Did he get axed? or, does he not consider the communication to be a worthwhile investment of his time?

CJ is still tracking great! Though Google killed one prime revenue link, but that's ok.

Gordon, I'm starting to wonder if Leader is dating Lex.

UtOh, I think I'm gonna feel the thump of a bat again.

Actually after checking my stats again, I was wrong. They are working. I forgot about the other sale the other day for a .30 cent Commission.

11,000 hits to CJ and ZERO sales in the last two days...not that I expect a lot but at least 1 would be nice.

And 2,400 to Tiger Direct and ZIP so far.

It doesn't matter where you send the traffic,
as long as we do it on the come it's FREE to the merchants and cost us.

Andy says they take in $13 million per week at Tiger and get 110,000 visitors per day, yet they only pay out $23,000 in affiliate commissions. I get two sometimes three catalogs from Tiger per month in the mail. Each one costs them at least $3.00 to print and mail.

Yet Andy says they can't pay a penny per click against commissions. And why should he since we are all idiots for sending him and everyone like him traffic for FREE.

And it's not Andy, it's everyone. Send me FREE traffic so I can make sales and not pay you.

Until we stop doing that we are all going to keep getting screwed.

Anyone have any ideas on how to fix the situation.

Around 2:45pm EST CJ recorded a hit to Snapnames.com (reported 4:00pm) but the $49 sale wasn't ... so either snapnames is turned off or I am!

-------------

Fred,

Regarding The Tiger Affiliate program .. Andy specifically told you that they do NOT do PPC campaigns ... he also said keep sending him "targeted" traffic ... and you'll be in the top 25; the magic word is targeted ... always has been and always will be! I am sure the traffic you sent was NOT so please do not attempt to defame Andy or Tiger ... for they are a great company and Manager respectively.

I know you can wham out hits ... I've seen it ... but it has to be more than just a click to be paid for it, but notwithstanding, when "finished" I will email you about a few programs that you can send the traffic to ... only ppc though ... but no fees.

Haiko

Cazzie, after the last time she womped me you would think I would learn to duck. Ummm, er keep me mouth shut.

Haiko, for what ever reason my sites sales have dropped way down since the third week in December. I have no explanation. Same targeted traffic just way less sales. Most of it ink sales. I can't find a reason to justify it. I wish I could. Plus size sales have stopped even though the same amnt of traffic which I guess isn't no big deal since a lot of them reversed anyways. Shoes nothing. Grrrrr. Well at least a lot of cookies are being set. Maybe they will show up down the road.

Am I missing something, or are they supposed to have a 100% conversion ratio?

Do I have to post the trans # to get the commission?

Or should I leave this and all the other secret shoppers, IDT, Coffee Cup and Telocity scams that have not registered for the FBI?

Just a note Haiko.

I read on an earlier thread (I forgot which) that some places have not gone back to work from the holidays yet. It might be prudent to leave any more secret shopper tests until Monday, after which they will have no excuses to fool CJ with.

No please don't missunderstand me.
What I meant was the stores both online and brick & mortar will be open for the sales etc. I was thinking maybe the computer guys (office workers) who do the stats uploading and sorting were still on holiday.
