While waiting for my TheraFlu to kick in (or me to kick out) I decided to try to figure out how to do my Sales and Activity report (pretty much the only one I use) - I started S&A and went to the 'Network Transaction Analysis' tab - there I chose 'Traditional Reports' pull down and then 'Sales and Activity Report'.
Now the baffling begins - I chose the date range 'April1' and 'April 28' - next I chose the default LS network - then I am faced with a giagantic list (probably everybody or everybody I've thought of signing up with) - I'm lost - I can't figure how to get past this box and get any kind of a report - if I try the first merchant - the report says I don't have a report - likewise if I choose some of my known folks...
Am I in the right place and just need to add everyone who matters or am I deep in left field stepping in something...

If you do not want to run a report for a specific merchant when you get to the Partner Name screen, choose Skip Prompt. Once you get past that screen you will go to the Creative Type screen. Again at this stage you can either choose a specific creative type i.e. banner, text, etc. or choose Skip Prompt.
Another way to see your Sales and Activity report if you are looking at monthly numbers, you can click on the Program Trend Analysis bar charts.

Trying Synergy when you're sick, hope we see you again.
I just use the old reports until I have no other option.
