    Is it stuck?
    My reports seem odd. They are exactly where they were at about 7 pm yesterday. And the quick stats still show yesterday's data as being today. (hope that made sense.) I can't get performance reports for yesterday either.

    Don't see a problem with my own stats. CJ seems accurate to me. They are not stuck. Today sales are showing.

    Nothing showing now....can't log in.

    Maybe there WAS a problem of some kind...at least for some.

    Thanks, I was just able to log in and stats seem to be changing and it appears to be catching up.

    The CJ Account Managerô experienced an outage between 4:15 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. PDT on May 3, 2006. Tracking and reporting remained fully functional during the outage. Reports may be delayed for up to 24 hours. If there are any changes to this schedule we will post them to the site to keep you informed. Thank you for your patience."

    All of my sales are stuck in Performance reports. Transaction report shoes nothing. Balance is halted.

    CJ - Tracking and reporting remained fully functional during the outage.
    BS. Well, I was inside CJ during the outage.
    Before I had sales reported, now the new ones are stuck in the performance report.
    Before the outage, impressions, clicks and sales were not reported in the performance report.
    So what's functional? Reporting, NO WAY. Tracking? maybe?

    Impressions 1/3 to 1/2 of normal last 3 days for me. Traffic normal.

    Has anyone had any transactions report since the outage? I don't recall it taking this long to start seeing sales once CJ has put up an announcement on their website.

    I suspect whatever happened is more involved than what their announcement says and it's been long enough now that they need to post an update.

    Same here. So basically, the balance CJ is reporting is hours behind.

    I see a few sales in the performance reports, but nothing updated in the transaction reports or balance. I hope they don't get dismissed!

    They seem to always catch up eventually. For those worried about tracking, make a test purchase of socks or something else small like that. I've never been able to prove an issue with tracking during delays, but maybe someone else can.

    What purpose would it serve to do a test purchase, ticketguyz? It would only show up after sales generated over the past 12 hours, right?

    Catching up "eventually" is not acceptable. There is a system in place and that system is not working and CJ hasn't kept their constituency adequately informed. They know what's going on and they haven't told us.

    Not in any program I am affiliated with nor should it ever be. That's the only way I've been able to prove numerous non-tracking issues over the years.

    Not 100% positive, but I think purchasing through your own links depends on the merchant you're with. Some don't mind it a bit. I've been able to purchase through my links (testing), without any problems..and on another note, never really been able to prove them wrong. I hope it stays that way.

    If you did a test purchase during this down time, and it did not track, then their statement that tracking is still functional during the downtime would be wrong.

    The purpose is to quiet the whiney-butts that complain during every downtime that things aren't tracking. Until it's proven, I don't care that things are delayed as long as they show up eventually. I personally haven't been able to catch CJ doing anything with tracking during these delays, so my thoughts on any funny business is that certain merchants may take advantage of such times to play games with affiliates.

    Oh, and I sometimes doubt they know what's going on. I think Todd eluded to that fact a number of times in the past.
