    Exclamation definitely a DirectTrack problem
    my accounts with other merchants at DT are also at zero right now.

    I've never liked them. I use a lot of indy's and it seems the only ones I've had problems with were using Directtrack.

    which was why I was blasting IrvinePark's AM. enough money was earned in DT but "DT doesn't want to be in the check writing business any more"* so money that was earned as of last August has just sat there.

    There are probably a lot of surprised affiliates checking their stats at DT right now . . .

    I make it a policy not to touch a new program if it's on DT.

    so DT told the AMs probably the day before that there was going to be a general update and bug fix. chances are, none of them read it in time to pass it on.

    things should be back to normal as their system catches up.

    Yeah, wasn't that a nasty surprise to discover that my lifetime earnings were $0.00.

    The DT interface is a PIA, huh?

    So thats what happened...I checked my account and all the previous paid amounts were there but my total was zero on the opening screen(with the one merchant that I check daily).

    All,

    I apologize for the scare in missing stats for those who are working with any DT merchants/networks. We had to do some maintenance that was going to cause historical sales data to temporarily not appear. We notified clients on Monday, and unfortunatly today the changes took longer than expected.

    guess we can partly blame this one on the merchants. I don't remember seeing any warnings beforehand.

    Actually we goofed up. We did not give as much notice as we should and only did so through email. Also the maintenence work took much longer than anticipated.

    We're working on some great things though since we were acquired by Digital River a few months ago. I think you all will be impressed over the new few months with some of the affiliate tools and performance improvements we're working.

    Thanks for the reply. I have some checks that are made out to my site name and not my personal name and the merchant said I need to send them back to Direct Track to get some new ones. Will give a call tomorrow. Wanted to make sure I have the correct address to send them to. Thanks again.
