    Smile Anyone use Adwords?
If this is in the wrong thread, I apologize. It just seems like more people visit this particular one, and thought I'd be able to get an answer here.

I know Adwords doesn't allow for entry or exit popups on a landing page. However, can you have a link that allows a new window to pop up? In other words, the user has to click it in order for the new window to appear.

    Thanks!

    Yes.

People usually click the New Posts, so they'll see the question no matter where you post it. Posting it in the right forum just helps in the future when checking out a subject. Like the Pay Per Click Forum we have here.

If you are asking "Can you have links opening in new windows?" then I would say yes, 99% sure. I have run a lot of ads on pages with links opening in new windows.

Hmm, didn't think about that. Good point!

Thanks for the answers guys. I thought it sounded a bit harsh for Google to disallow "all" popups. Good, off to do some work then..
