Is using datafeeds on individual pages page stuffing?

"Page Stuffing - Page Stuffing is where the same web page will be duplicated or slightly modified and then these variations are all submitted to a search engine. If the page is successful for a particular keyword phrase, then all of its variations can dominate a search engines top listings. Some search engines eliminate duplicate pages while others watch for heavy submissions, which is a sign of page stuffing."
I just found this googling. I know nothing about the site.
Anyway, if I used webmerge, put unique content across the feed, well sort of unique anyway. I can't put something unique on every page. Aren't all those pages that webmerge, some script,whatever..creates just variations or are they all different because they have different items? What if you have a master page or template and different items?
