    MSN Contextual Advertising
Not sure if this was posted by anybody yet. So something to compete with Adsense and YPN it looks like:

"Microsoft plans to insert targeted advertising generated by AdCenter into a range of digital services beyond the confines of search. The company is planning to release a beta version of a contextual advertising service in the next few months which will allow Microsoft powered ads to appear on websites other than their own."

Oh, it's not even out yet. The program will be ala Adsense or YPN.

But you can sign up and do PPC, it's now open to everybody :

Cheaper clicks but still a bit buggy. It's a mood changer.

Given that they are at least 2 years behind G's ads, G's postion will not be threatened any time soon. I do know of some publishers who felt indignant by G's treatment of them with the sudden termination of their accounts so hopefully MSN and YPN can grow big soon. By the way, anyone have any big success with MSN's ads to share?

ROTFL best description of Ad Center yet. I get the feeling sometimes that it was designed by people who knew PPC inside and out but never actually did much PPC.

Just growing pains, I'm in it for the long haul with them.

yes, PPC. Also the ads they serve, are they as contextual as G's ads at the moment?

For me MSN PPC is cheaper than Google or Yahoo for the most part but the reporting still needs help, some other bugs have gotten better. They don't have anything contextual yet like Adsense or YPN.
