    You can't beat The Simpsons, but if you want alternatives you would want to look at;

    In my order of hilarity,
    southpark
    family guy
    futurama
    american dad
    king of the hill
    ren and stimpy
    sponge bob square pants
    beavis and buthead

    Those shows are all good... if you want to try something different look up Clone High, Mission Hill or Undergrads. They only made one season but the episodes they have are great.

    Family Guy is def. one of the more popular alternatives to Simpsons. I don't typically watch much TV outside of sports programs, but Family Guy is a show I really make a point to watch.

    Adult swim has some great stuff on after 9:30 pm. Most of it is not targeted to kids but probably older teens and adults. My favorites are Ventrue Brothers, a spoof of the old Johnny Quest show, and Seaquest 2020 is fairly funny also.

    Family Guy and Southpark are the only two I'd get off the computer to watch. Both are brilliant and make me LOL.

    I agree that Family Guy is great! Did anybody catch the episode yesterday where the burglers invaded the house and they hid out in the attic? I loved the part where they captured Meg and sent a ransom note saying "We have your son!" Hahah!

    That was a great episode... I loved it at the end when the police took Meg away for trying to sexually assult the burglers. I thought that was so funny.
