    Getting Approved by a Merchant
I applied to be an affliate for Cabellas. I was summarily denied despite the fact I have a hunting and fishing site ripe with targeted visitors. I emailed the appropriate email for that account with Performics and got back what can only be a canned reply. Which was of no help what-so-ever. What can I do to get approved for specific affiliate programs with Performics?

I was wondering the same thing. On linkshare and commission junction often all it takes to be approved after you are declined is an email. I tried to email merchants that declined me and got the same auto reply. When I responded to ask how to get merchants directly they told me that the emails were forwarded to the merchants, but I'm not so sure...

Agreed, CJ is so much easier to get approved. At least from my limited
    Performics experience at this point.

What I ended up doing was picking up the phone and
calling the Advertiser. Figuring I had nothing else
to lose. Took a couple of calls but I did get an email back
from someone in their affiliate dept.

Am on the edge of my seat awaiting approval! <smile>
