I KNOW CJ is down but logged on anyhow just to read the "Dear Valued Client," note.

Did someone notice that they don't say "Tracking is not affected" this time?

They always say that. Why not this time?

(just trying to stir up a little in the already stressed heads around here, giving you some adrenalin in substitute for the stats )

Nah, I'll just take a day off. After all, it's saturday. Nothing much happens on saturdays anyway.

Tracking already was affected. I had more clicks and traffic from my site Thurusday and Friday than ever with the new pages that were Googled; yet I didn't show a single sale since 10:05PM PST Thursday.

But one of my independent merchants is rockin'

What did I do during the CJ down time? I slept 10 hours. Have not done that in years.

Figure I need my rest so I can handle the stress when CJ comes up an I find the sales from Thursday and Friday are still not there.

At least this coincides with the start of the College Football season here in the U.S. I hear my couch calling.

Kickoff "Classic" time already?

Since we have nothing else to do, could someone please tell me why the Kickoff "Classic" was called the Kickoff CLASSIC, the very first year it was played?

And NOW, it's not even the first game of the season, so the KICKOFF part is also totally wrong.

These things bother me.

Yes they were back up but pulled a Punxetawney Todd - The CJ Groundhog stuck his head out of his den and saw his shadow ...

Cedric,

I believe that's called "Marketing." But I could be wrong.

Just got back and here is what I did to escape the CJ Blues...

Left at 8:30 this morning, Met a friend and the two of us as well as my wife and two kids went out on his new boat.
Spent the day on the lake, where I spent roughly 3 hours in a PFD floating in the water with a tow rope tied to my ankle.
Sunny, hot and the perfect lake day. I spent too much time there, got a bit of a burn and didn't eat or drink enough. Went to McDonalds on the way home, just walked in the door and sat down to eat and check stats(hopefully)

What do you think was more surprising to me?

That CJ is still down?

Or that I have a wife and two kids?

I am a stat addict.
Acknowledging the addiction is the first step.
