    Describe your Dream Aff. Network
I'd like to get some thoughts from the community on what an ideal affiliate network would offer. Assume, you, as a publisher, had the opportunity to build/participate in a new network, what would it have to offer that current networks do no? Please try and be realistic, you cannot tilt the table so far in your favor that no advertiser wants to be associated with it. Also, please do not respond, 'better offers', that's putting the chicken before the egg in my opinion. I should mention that CJ is the only network I have used to date. Do other networks offer any type of services/features that in your opinion make them superior to CJ? Personally I'd like to have a tighter time cap on reversals, I'd accept a lesser bounty for the assurance that I knew what I was getting paid every X days without worrying that the next period I'd be hit with reversals from 6 weeks previously, and if somehow i could get paid twice a month, sweet!

Do some research right here at the forum and there are plenty of threads where people explain why SAS is the best network. Reading here can be very enlightening.

    And welcome to ABW

    My dream network would have:

The integrity and anti-parasite enforcement of ShareASale.com.

The name brand merchants on LinkShare, BeFree, and CJ.

A coupon datafeed even better than BeFree and ShareASale.com.

Dedicated Account Managers like most CPA networks (and a handful that I've seen elsewhere).

Required escrow accounts like CJ is supposed to have.

No reversals (except for fraud) like some CPA networks.

Fast Payments like most of the CPA networks.

Rock solid tracking, like I see with merchants who use Yahoo Tracked Links.

    Consolidated reporting.

Tons of merchants trained by Andy.

Does that mean that customers couldn't return items at all?
That wouldn't be a boost to customer confidence.

The commission is fair and realistic for both sides.
    They don't cheat or steal.
    They pay on time.

Almost everything else is trivial I can think of at the moment. If your product(s) are quality and meet enough demand and you stick to the basics above I don't see how such an affiliate program can meet with nothing but success.
