    I'm an idiot :(
Well, I was working on my new website,
I was putting up my affiliate links... like I always do.
    Then I started advetising.
After a few days, I saw that I was getting ZERO conversions, or even clicks!
I was devastated... but I moved on and figured it was just the wrong niche for me.
Anyways... today I was just checking out the website code, and I discovered that the affiliate links were WRONG,
so no wonder I was getting no clicks

I haven't done that myself, but a bunch of my affiliates have told me they have done the same thing recently, must be in the affiliate "stars" ... I haven't been working any of my own sites in the past several months so haven't been caught in the astrological pattern of *oopses*...

Check those links!!!! Everybody loses if they're wrong!!!!

    Whew....

Well. Any experience in life is a lesson. I am sure you won't repeat the same mistake again. Yeah, check those links before you start promoting your affiliate site... I am sorry, but one thing I'm sure about - this will be a lesson well-learnt. You had to pay for it, but that's how most valuable information is obtained...

I've already made plenty of "oops's" in the short time I've been involved in this business. 80% of my mistakes usually occur when it's late at night and I'm zoning out in front of my laptop..

    OT answer...

Yes, I am a very big Lost fan.

The finale answered very few questions, and really does what it always seems to do... open up more questions.

No, I don't believe that Locke and Eko are dead.

The finale was a 2-hour waste of time. The only thing they "may" have answered was why the plane crashed. But they still haven't hinted if there is a connection between the others and Dharma and what would happen if the button wasn't pushed - they just shut the system down. At least it appears like that. My feeling is that they don't want to give too much away as they want people to come back for season 3. But IMO, if they continue having only 3 minutes of action in each episode, they are going to lose viewership....

hmm I really don't think they KNOW the answers either...it seems they make up the story as the show goes along. I visualize a group of producers sitting around making up ideas for the next episode...possible getting ideas from user forums.

Cool, a LOST thread on ABW!

So who thinks the "others" are good guys as they said and not the real others?

I actually enjoyed the finale, but I did expect it to answer very little, just the nature of hte show and why I like it so much. I'm a complete LOST geek.
